First national conference for Occupational Therapists working in diverse settings

The first national conference for Occupational Therapists working in diverse settings is now open for bookings.

It takes place on Wednesday, 7th September 2016, at the University of Brighton (Eastbourne campus).

There will be two workshops exploring how OTs can show they meet HCPC standards for registration when working in diverse practice and measuring impact and outcomes of your practice.

There will also be three speakers:
  • Dr Jennifer Creek talking about her doctoral research in this area
  • Professor Gaynor Sadlo who will be linking occupational science to diverse practice
  • Julia Scott from the College of Occupational Therapists talking about the future of the profession
